HOW TO DOWNLOAD, REGISTER AND ACTIVATE THE PROGRAMS

To download the programs please enter the following address in your browser, http://www.billiardsystems.com/Downloads.php or just log to our web site and select "DOWNLOAD NOW" from the main page.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The following procedure must be initiated from the computer that will hold the downloaded data. The programs are licensed for single users and can only be run in one computer. It is imperative that you send the request for activation code from the computer that will hold the program. Your computer must have "Outlook Express" configured and in working order. This is a program that comes bundled with all windows operating systems and is installed in all computers. You will find instructions to configure "Outlook" in our "Questions and answers main page. If you don't know how to do it, you can call your internet service provider. The process usually takes only about three minutes.

Please click on the DB1 "Download Now" bar. It will open the FILE DOWNLOAD menu. Select SAVE and choose a directory to store the downloading file. Please do not select open because since it is a very large file it will not run.

A file called DB1_EN_Z2.zip file (or applicable) will download. Unzipp it! It will provide you with several files. One of them is the application file. (The first on the left). Double click on it and the COMPRESSED (ZIPPED) FOLDERS WARNING screen will appear. Click on " EXTRACT ALL" and a new screen will appear. Click on "NEXT". Another screen will appear. Select a Destination. (preferably the desktop). Click on "NEXT" and after you finish with the extraction process a blue heart like icon will appear. Double click on it and it will open the program.

If you want to create a shortcut - right click on the blue heart shaped icon and select "Create Shortcut". Select it and place it on your desktop. Any time you want to run the program just double click on the shortcut. The first time you double click on it will open an OPEN FILE SECURITY WARNING window. Just click on "RUN". After a few seconds a new windows will open. ACTIVATION OF DB1-EN-Z2.

Click on the text located at the bottom of the window. "Activate the product by e-mail. It will ask you for a serial number: Insert the appropriate code it in the appropriate box and complete the requested data. The email address must be the one that will receive the activation code. (The code request must be initiated from the computer that will host the program).

In some computers you won't notice that an email has been sent. However, if you have not configured outlook express in your system, the email will not be sent. You may get a notification to configure "Outlook Express" or you may get a screen that resembles an email to be sent out. You can copy and paste the text that appears on the email body to your regular email account, type the recipient's address: admin@billiardsystems.com and sent the data without using outlook. The email body contains a series of codes. Please do not modify any of the data. Otherwise, the activation code will not work! Please notify us that you have chosen this procedure so we can confirm receipt of the data.

The program will send a request for the Activation Code only for this program. Our server will receive your request and process an activation code. (If done during regular hours the code will be processed and sent to you in about 5 to 10 minutes) If done during irregular hours it may take a few hours for you to receive the code. It will be sent to you via email.

Once you receive it you must insert it in the appropriate box and the program will be activated. You must repeat this process for every program that you have purchased. It may seem like a lot of work but it is actually a very simple procedure. Once you complete these steps you will be able to enjoy the contents immediately.

To access the program after it has been installed on your system, open the folder that holds program files and click on the blue heart shaped icon. The program will be initiated without requesting any further information.
